Glue Dots International

Glue Dots International (GDI), a subsidiary of Ellsworth Adhesives, completed a 72,975 GSF expansion to support industrial adhesive production and streamline material storage and flow. The design features a 5,300 SF mezzanine office for future growth and a 2,300 SF storage mezzanine above the production floor, maximizing vertical efficiency. The project unified operations into a cohesive, purpose-built facility.

Physicians Realty Trust

This 5th, 6th, and 7th floor renovation of the 1896 Renaissance Building blends historic character with modern workplace design. Original heavy timber structure and reclaimed materials are paired with clean, contemporary elements like glass fronted offices and customer detailing. Daylight is shared across open work areas through thoughtful spatial planning, while a river facing break area and fitness center enhance the user experience. The result is a refined, collaborative environment that respects the building’s past while supporting it’s future.
